MEETINGS

Council meetings are held every second and fourth Monday of each month except for the months of July, August and December. If a meeting date falls on a statutory holiday, the meeting shall be held on the Wednesday of the same week. 

Meetings start at 7PM at the Municipal Office.  

AGENDAS

Agendas are posted by 4:30 PM on the Thursday the week before the Council Meeting.   

MINUTES

Minutes are approved at the next council meeting, and upon adoption, are posted the following day.  Draft minutes are available by contacting the Municipal Office.  

DELEGATIONS

If you would like to speak to council at a meeting, please notify the Clerk.  Requests to speak to council must be received the Wednesday prior to the Monday night council meeting to be included on the agenda.  Requests to speak to council received after that time cut off time, will be included on the next agenda, unless otherwise authorized by council.  All requests to speak to council must include a written summary of the issue to be discussed.  

CORRESPONDENCE

If you have an idea or an issue that requires the attention of council, please direct any written correspondence to the Clerk.  Correspondence received the Wednesday prior to the Monday night council meeing will be included on the agenda.  Correspondance received after that cut off time, will be included on the next agenda, unless otherwise authorized by council.
